“Well-being” is no longer a “soft slogan”

It’s been a buzz word, but the world started to giving a serious attention to this old and new concept of “well-being” especially since the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic. We saw our lifestyle change drastically, witnessed bad hikes of suicide and mental problems among adults and kids alike, and now we all know it’s impossible to go back to where we used to be.

We need to put our well-being in prior to what work demands us. The numbers are tough to neglect. Here is what the US Surgeon General has put together for us to give a serious thought to. Read it on. It’s only of 30 pages.
